Sayah ConsultingLet’s talk
From findings to verified action

Finding the risk
is the beginning.

Bring scanner findings into the context of the business. We design a remediation process that combines exposure, asset criticality and available fixes, with explicit decisions for exceptions and compensating controls.

The challenge

A long vulnerability list does not say who will fix each issue, what can safely change, or whether the fix worked. The bottleneck often sits between discovery and approved action.

What we can design and deliver

A defined scope.
A useful outcome.

01

Find and reconcile

Import findings from agreed scanners, remove duplicates and connect them to an asset and service owner.

02

Prioritise in context

Consider active exploitation information, exposure, asset importance and the client’s remediation policy alongside severity.

03

Assign and prepare

Create the work item with clear fix guidance, dependencies, maintenance windows and acceptance evidence.

04

Patch or mitigate

Plan staged patching, configuration or code fixes; assess temporary WAF or isolation controls when a permanent fix must wait.

05

Verify the outcome

Rescan or run agreed checks, capture evidence and reopen work when the expected result is not achieved.

06

Report and manage exceptions

Track remediation age, service-level targets and overdue exceptions; prepare risk-acceptance drafts for the risk owner.

A controlled workflow

Clear steps. Visible decisions.

  1. 01Find
  2. 02Prioritise
  3. 03Assign
  4. 04Approve and remediate
  5. 05Verify
  6. 06Report

Critical production changes, disruptive mitigations and residual-risk acceptance require authorised approval. Automated rollback is used only where a tested mechanism exists; it is not assumed for every platform.

Your delivery pack

What you take away.

  • Finding-to-owner mapping
  • Risk and remediation rules
  • Ticket and change integrations
  • Staged remediation and recovery runbooks
  • Verification dashboard and exception register
Evidence from the pilot

What we measure.

  • Time to remediate critical findings
  • Findings fixed within the agreed service level
  • Exposed critical assets still awaiting action
  • Engineer effort and verification failures

Baseline, workload, scope and success criteria are agreed before the pilot. Results and savings are measured, not guaranteed.

Works with your environment.

Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 and Microsoft Defender findings can feed a client-approved workflow. Imperva, Cloudflare or F5 controls, privileged access and ITSM integrations are selected to match the environment.
