This page prepares an enquiry on your device using the name, email, optional company and telephone number, chosen service and message you enter. It does not automatically send your enquiry or store your form entries in browser storage. You choose whether to open an email draft and send it through your email provider.
When you send an enquiry, we use the information to respond, discuss your requirements and, where relevant, take steps towards providing a service. This may involve pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Providing details is voluntary, but we need a reply address to respond.
Email providers process messages as part of delivering correspondence. We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, manage any resulting relationship and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. This page does not use your enquiry for automated decisions or enrol you in marketing.
You can ask us about access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where those rights apply. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Analytics
If you choose Accept in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website: the pages viewed, how visitors arrived, their approximate location (country or city) and their type of device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. If you reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics does not run and nothing is sent to Google.
When you open a prepared enquiry in your email app, we record that an enquiry was started and the service you chose. We never send your name, email address, telephone number or message to Google.
Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through Cookies & settings. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics as our processor; Google may process the data outside the UK under its data processing terms. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. We do not use advertising, remarketing or advertising personalisation.
